We will visit the site, check that all your team have received relevant induction by the client, check that everything is in place to ensure they are working safely and make sure that all relevant facilities are in place for their well-being.

Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) Accreditation
Your clients may require you to hold accreditation of CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline or one of the many other schemes which operate under SSIP. Alternatively, you may decide you wish to gain accreditation to benefit your Company without external client pressure. Whatever your motivation, we can ensure the process runs smoothly. We have extensive experience of completing the accreditation process for a variety of Companies within a variety of industries.
If you are unfortunate enough to experience an accident/incident within your business, or if near misses are being reported, we can perform a thorough and unbiased investigation. We can then advise further controls and procedures which need to be put in place. It is important to have an external Consultant to investigate accidents/incidents/near misses, as an internal procedure for investigation can sometimes lead to an attempt at placing blame or covering up mistakes. Investigation should not intend to place blame, but to prevent further occurrences of a similar nature.
Informal Training/Toolbox talks
Training is not just a formal requirement. Sometimes informal training sessions need to be completed to ensure all your workforce understand what is required from them. These can be anything from a change in procedures, new/amended Company information, refresher talks following an accident, incident or near miss, or simply an opportunity to remind your team of their responsibilities with regards to Health and Safety. Most Companies find that utilising the experience of an external Consultant brings about the best results from informal training sessions.
